Redwood Bloodhounds - Our Puppies

Our hounds, Bruno and Dinah have blessed us with three beautiful litters of Bloodhound pups.

In 2007, Dinah gave birth to 6 girls and 3 boys. We had a wonderful experience caring for all nine of the sweet ones. They all have grown to be wonderful hounds and great companions to their family. In 2008, came the next litter with 10 boys and 2 girls. All twelve were just as wonderful as the first litter. Then came 2009 with 5 boys and 5 girls, all so wonderfully sweet. Breeding Bloodhounds is a true love for us. We create a close bond with each pup, starting at birth, as we help Dinah in the whelping and make sure each pup is weighed, identified, and given proper nutrition. We spend the first two weeks on twenty-four hour watch to ensure care and attention is given to all. All of our pups are supplemented with puppy formula along with their mother's milk. They are raised in our home in a temperature-controlled area and they are all given lots of love and affection. We feel great joy in providing families with happy healthy well socialized hound pups.

Our goal is to provide families with a happy healthy hound, while making the experience of bringing a new family member into your home exciting and fun. When Dinah has a litter we have a live puppy cam running from one week prior to her due date through the eight weeks that we have the pups with us. Watching the pups as they grow, play with their littermates, and bond with their mama is wonderful. Each pup has his or her own personality. Some are go-getters from the start while others are mellow and cuddly.
